WELCOMING STATEMENT

We believe in God’s unconditional love and grace for ALL people. We affirm the dignity and worth of EVERY person as created by God.

We recognize and celebrate all loving and committed personal relationships. We believe that discrimination in any form is incompatible with Christ’s Gospel.

In this spirit, the United Methodist Church of Babylon, New York, welcomes EVERYONE -- including people of every race, ethnicity and national origin, culture, age, gender and gender identity, sexual orientation, mental and physical ability, faith history, family structure, marital status, educational background and economic status -- into full participation in the life, fellowship, leadership, ministry, rituals and sacraments of our church.

The Sharing & Caring Soup Kitchen

Our Sharing & Caring Soup Kitchen  is currently closed. We will resume our ministry Sunday, September 8th.  If you’re able, please provide monetary donations during this time of closing.  No matter the amount, every dollar counts.  Without your loving support, we are in jeopardy of closing our doors permanently and many people in our community depend on us. Please mark all donations as “Soup Kitchen” and put in the Sunday offering plate.  A loving “thank you” to all who opened their hearts in support of our mission.

If you would like further information about our Caring & Sharing Kitchen, please call Rose Alfini 631-827-2245 or Kathy Montreuil at 917-476-6338.
