Thanksgiving Day Luncheon

Caring & Sharing Soup Kitchen

Celebrate Thanksgiving Day by assisting with Our Sharing & Caring Soup Kitchen luncheon. We welcome donations of turkeys, apple cider and homemade pies, and angels to adopt a turkey by taking it home with them, cooking it, and bringing it back on Thanksgiving morning.

Hearty soups for the cold weather season are still needed, asking that they be labeled with the date and type, as we put them in the freezer and once frozen, they become unrecognizable. “Thank you!” for all this and more, to all of our wonderful angels. We could not host these affairs for our patrons without you.

If you would like further information, please call Rose Alfini at 631-827-2245 or Kathy Montreuil at 917-476-6338.

Thursday Evening Bible Study

Thursday evening Bible study has started back up. Next meeting is November 21 in the library, 6pm-645pm (try to arrive a little early for parking and such). We will be reading the Gospel of John, no prior Bible knowledge or experience. Blank canvases are wonderful! Bring a Bible if you have one, or we have plenty. All are welcome! Choir friends come on down before you time of singing... we’ll have you out in time for rehearsal!
